Delight assists in both the professional and agency teams at Oldfield Smith & Co. He is working towards his AssocRICS qualification and then aims to progress to full Chartered status.
Delight has previously worked for a large national construction company, gaining valuable knowledge of building management and quantity surveying. He is now applying these skills to a much wider range of disciplines and actively working across a full range of instructions.
Born in Islington and raised in Sussex, Delight brings his youthful energy and versatility to the team. Delight’s previous experience ensures that he has strong core knowledge of the property market, how to effectively manage client relationships and deliver quality service.
In his spare time, Delight can often be found in the gym or on the football pitch. Delight is a football coach in Eastbourne working with a local club, hosting football birthday parties and delivering one-to-one sessions. It’s safe to say that he is a football fanatic!
