Broadband provided by a fibre line. The MB quota does vary subject to how many staff/ size of unit, but an indicative ratio would be 1MB per person. Additional MBs outside of the inclusive quota are available at a supplement. Speeds of up to 15mb are available via the landlords leased line.
Phones:
The phone facilities are free (including handsets), but calls are chargeable on a monthly basis.
Parking:
Free parking on a ‘first come first served’ basis; the landlord does not allocate specific spaces, but there is a maximum allowance commensurate with the size of the suite.
Cleaning:
Offices are cleaned 4 days a week at no cost.
Utilities:
The licence fee is inclusive of all utilities.
Reception Services:
There is a manned reception facility during core hours. Services include managing your visitors, your post, booking meeting rooms (£20 per hour or £50 per day)
The license fee is EXCLUSIVE of business rates, which remain the occupiers responsibility. However, if the proposed unit is your sole office, then you are likely to qualify for 100% small business rate relief, subject to office size. Further details are available on request.
