Paul White BSc (Hons) MRICS has joined the Professional Services Department of Oldfield Smith & Co
Paul joined the firm at the beginning of the year as an Associate in our Professional Services team. Paul is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, with over 10 years post qualification experience and more than 30 years in the property industry.
Our rapidly expanding Professional Services department handles a wide range of instructions right across the country. We have several national and international clients, but pride ourselves on being able to bring the same level of personal service and technical expertise to small businesses and sole traders. Whatever size the instruction, our clients can be assured that they will receive the competent, efficient service and the attention to detail for which we are known.
Paul can assist with valuations for SIPP/SSAS schemes, accounting matters, acquisitions & disposals, Inheritance Tax (probate), Charities Act requirements and all general needs. He can also assist with rent reviews and lease renewals, whether for landlord or tenant.
Having spent several years working on regeneration projects to find new uses for brownfield land, Paul also has a wealth of experience in property development and redevelopment. Oldfield Smith & Co have an impressive track record in adding value to redundant or surplus land and this is an increasingly important part of the work of the practice.
