Oldfield Smith & Co are delighted to announce that the former Chichester Caravans site in Stourport-on-Severn has now been sold, subject to planning. Contracts were exchanged last Friday and it is expected that a revised planning application will be made in the next few days.

He said “this was a technically challenging site, with issues relating to remediation of past uses, planning and the legal title. We have worked with the buyer and the legal team to address these and I am delighted that contracts have now been exchanged”.
The buyer is intending to develop the site for much needed housing and although the scheme to be submitted is very similar to the outline consent obtained previously, the design has been amended to reflect local needs.
