Oldfield Smith & Co have now let the ground floor left hand side suite at unit 1, Amberley Court in Crawley. The new tenant took occupation last week and is expected to start trading from the property in the next few days. Demand for the suite was strong, with several enquiries received whilst the property was undergoing refurbishment. Our landlord clients were actively involved in agreeing terms with the tenant and work co-operatively with occupiers to provide flexible lease terms and value added services such as phone and broadband packages.
We are now completing refurbishment of the right hand suite on the ground floor, where snagging works are being finalised and the space will be ready for occupation very shortly. We will be updating the video tour in the next few days, but have added new photos to give a much better sense of the space and light offered by the property. It has been redecorated throughout, with new floor coverings, LED lighting and structured cabling.
